Shipping
We use UPS 2 day shipping unless we have been contacted directly at shana@shanakroizjewelry.com for special instructions. Packages ship within 2-6 days unless they are being made to order and then there will be a 4 to 6 week
Our Return Policy Pertains only to All items purchased directly from website
All items purchased directly from website may be return or exchange within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders and final sale items—see below).

Returns
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Your replacement order will not be mailed until we receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders (except for orders shipped out of the USA). If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive a Shana Kroiz Jewelry credit for the difference.
Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Gifts
We realize that the 14-day return window may not be feasible for gifts, and we will accept gift returns within an extended time frame. If you return a gift, you may choose to receive another item from Shana Kroiz Jewelry or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item, less return shipping charge.
